I want to thank you so much for visiting my site. I love my customers and it is my desire to give you the very best customer service I can. To help with clarity here are some guidelines. If you have any questions or you need help with an order, please let me know.
1. Wedding items are not returnable due to the limited use of the items.
2. Personalized and custom items are not returnable unless I embroidered incorrectly.
3. If any item is damaged in the mail, I will work with you for a return or refund
4. Many of my items are shipped "Priority Mail" others I can ship "First Class" and "Parcel Post" If you would like something overnighted, please let me know and I will work with you on cost.
5. We welcome wholesale inquires and large quantity discounts. The order must include at least 10 of the same item.

Q. What if I see something I like but want the embroidery in a different color?
A. Most items can be made to order. If you see something you like but want the embroidery done in a different color, then send me a message and if at all possible I will do it for you.
Q. Do you have other designs than what is on the products you have for sale?
A. I have thousands of designs. If you want something in particular, please send me a message and I will do my best to find a design for you.
Q. Can your items be personalized?
A. All most every item I sell can be personalized.
